ChartWise.ai respects the privacy of your data. We will handle your personal and patient data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree that ChartWise.ai may collect, store, and process your data as described in the Privacy Policy. As noted in the Privacy Policy Chartwise.ai may also share your data with our service providers in order to deliver to the services and functionalities of ChartWise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionalities on the Platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of ChartWise.ai or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from ChartWise.ai.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liabilities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChartWise.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Platform, even if ChartWise.ai has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChartWise.ai, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
